Job Title: Client Liaison Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our clients during property visits. As a Client Liaison Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and high-standard experience that reflects our brand's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and receive prospective clients warmly, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • Host clients during site/property visits, ensuring the experience meets luxury standards.
  • Provide clients with project information and direct their queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain a reception area and ensure all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
  • Accurately record client interactions and manage appointments.
  • Handle client requests professionally, discreetly, and with a service-first mindset.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  • Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a service-driven attitude.
