Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive the growth of our godown/warehouse rental services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both online and offline marketing, with a proven track record of promoting commercial leasing spaces to diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote godown/warehouse rental services through multi-channel marketing strategies.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients across logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  4. Coordinate site visits and client presentations with the operations team.
  5. Create and manage listings on prominent property portals.
  6. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and reach.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups to generate new leads.
  8. Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  9. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  10. Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and target-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
  • Own transportation (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for local travel.
