Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive our influencer marketing campaigns forward.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing end-to-end influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet brand objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Select and manage influencers who align with campaign requirements and brand values.
  • Craft and distribute campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals to influencers in a timely and organized manner.
  • Evaluate campaign performance against brand guidelines and objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor live campaigns, track content performance, and flag potential issues proactively.
  • Create comprehensive campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Oversee the management of influencer collaborations, including invoicing, documentation, and database maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform developments to maintain expertise and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
