Key Roles in Deployment and Onboarding

The ideal candidate will lead the deployment process, providing comprehensive support to customers in all aspects of our solutions. This role encompasses technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our software products and services
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering trust-based relationships and addressing their business needs
  • Configuring client accounts according to their specific requirements
  • Overseeing onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup and training
  • Conducting training sessions for restaurant staff to maximize the value of our solutions
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
