Senior Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:
The Material Master Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of material master data within SAP HANA. This position drives operational efficiency, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making across supply chain, procurement, finance, and production functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and extend new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, and standard cost for diverse materials in depots/plant across India.
- Establish and maintain accurate and consistent material master data.
- Utilize the SAP MDO Tool to create new Code VERP, ROH, HAWA codes for enhanced data quality.
- Operate on ServiceNow ticketing tool and MDO Tools, conducting workflow testing for material creation, extension, and change.
- Manage material master changes, check material availability, stock checking, and transfer materials via MIGO.
- Train end-users on material activities like creation, change, and extension.
- Provide production data to create master data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
- Adhere to business exigencies and work extended hours as required.
- Prepare various MDM MIS and Dashboard on a daily/weekly basis.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for respective activities, leveraging experience with SAP ECC/HANA.
