Marketing Manager for Global IT Services

\

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to position our services in global markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC). You'll lead the execution of campaigns across digital, social, and performance channels to build demand and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Design and execute global marketing campaigns\
  • Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure our services appear in AI-driven search/answer results\
  • Build and manage advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic)\
  • Develop thought-leadership content: whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, industry blogs, video explainers\
  • Lead social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, industry communities)\
  • Build and maintain global partnerships with agencies, influencers, and digital platforms\
  • Align with the sales team to ensure lead generation and conversion-focused strategies\
  • Track KPIs, report performance insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI\
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team on global best practices

Requirements:

\
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent\
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B/global IT services marketing\
  • Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and next-gen digital marketing\
  • Proven success in global campaigns (US, Europe, Middle East)\
  • Strong grasp of content strategy, demand generation, and paid advertising\
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)\
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
