Global Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced engineering leader to spearhead our global team of talented engineers.

Your leadership will play a pivotal role in scaling our high-performing team while navigating the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Establish engineering standards and practices to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on product roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Contribute to ongoing recruiting efforts to attract top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
  • A security-first mindset with good knowledge of common security concepts.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
  • Interest in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Azure technologies.
