About Our Mission

We're building a modern technology stack for oncology trial sites and investigators, unifying clinical care and research workflows to bring us closer to clinical research as a care option.

Our platform, based on our proprietary large language model co-developed with leading cancer centers, eliminates operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other laborious tasks, enabling high-quality data generation and speeding up clinical trials.

Daily Activities
  • Mentor, motivate, and mold your team to deliver high-quality enterprise products.
  • Collaborate with product management, user experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly available, fault-tolerant SaaS offering.
  • Participate in software design meetings to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code.
  • Code reviews and ensure quality in the code our team writes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and work with engineers on their professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent design and programming skills, primarily with Javascript and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and web services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions.
