Job Description Structure

As a key contributor to our engineering team, you will lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions across multiple platforms.

This role involves driving technical standards, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security throughout the development process.

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in automated testing of large-scale SaaS enterprise products in an Agile environment
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and retain top talent as a technical team leader with 2+ years of experience
  • Deep understanding of browser-driven end-to-end tests, API automation, performance and scale tests, and security tests
  • Strong experience writing automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java
  • Experience using Playwright or equivalent technologies such as Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, etc.
  • Experience with Test Case Management Software such as Zephyr

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive software engineering standards and best practices

• Mentor and develop junior engineers to achieve their full potential

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in automated testing of large-scale SaaS enterprise products
