Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading and reviewing the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures
  • Overseeing the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC)
  • Validating design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards
  • Optimizing structural systems and material
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural design and analysis principles and practices
  • Experience with software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC
