Job Description

A key role in our organization, the Marketing Management Trainee position involves driving marketing & branding objectives, analyzing market trends, and creating calendars for activities to ensure effective execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends to conceptualize innovative marketing & branding campaigns
  • Create project plans and schedules to ensure adherence to set timelines
  • Collaborate with the team to establish annual business targets
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials to guarantee accuracy and impact
  • Efficiently execute marketing initiatives, including promotional items, event planning, and digital media management
  • Oversight of blog content, articles, and SEO strategies
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools
  • Websites management, ensuring regular updates and maintenance
  • Database marketing – data mining, email, SMS, and Whatsapp campaigns, measuring their effectiveness
  • Development and implementation of campaigns across various platforms (YouTube, GDN, Remarketing, Influencer Marketing)
  • Coordination with Call Centre and CRM for lead management and customer interaction
  • Preparation of weekly reports detailing job progress, deadlines, and schedules
  • Procurement of necessary resources while maintaining quotations
  • Budget monitoring and expense control
  • Verification of invoices and assistance in preparing payment schedules
