We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining close relationships with subcontractors and ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Workforce Management: Effectively manage on-site manpower, motivating teams to work efficiently and safely while adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to strict safety regulations, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Progress Updates: Regularly communicate project progress to the central project team, providing comprehensive updates on milestones achieved and any challenges encountered.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment on-site, streamlining logistics to minimize delays and optimize project workflow.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, checklists, and compliance documentation.
  • Project Closure: Ensure timely commissioning and handover of the project, meeting all contractual obligations and satisfying client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Possess at least 4-5 years of experience in site execution or management roles, preferably within solar projects.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site at various project locations across Maharashtra.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-handling skills, fostering effective communication among team members.
  • Availability: Ability to join immediately and take up the role as soon as possible.
