Job Description:

Company Overview: As a Duty Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.

  • Supervise the daily operation of the department, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly, tracking and notifying relevant areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Lead operations in the absence of Manager/Head of Department.
  • Manage training and responsibilities of day-to-day tasks for all subordinates.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • A service-focused personality is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Opera or a related system is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
