Our cutting-edge technology enables seamless guest management by verifying and populating all reservations in one place with OTP-verified customer details. We also offer an Integrated WhatsApp Suite within the reservation system, allowing us to effortlessly re-engage past guests with precision-targeted campaigns.

The Smart Table Management feature maximizes seating efficiency based on customer profiles and venue capacity, while our Digital Cover Tokens system simplifies all types of cover and entry transactions. Additionally, we provide a digital menu that drives upselling and elevates the guest experience.

We connect venues to the Nightlife Audience through a database of 1.5 million users, gathering rich insights to become a 'Self-Learning OS for Nightlife & Events'. By utilizing data-driven insights, we help venues make informed decisions on pricing, customer targeting, and event planning – ultimately ensuring seamless operations and maximizing profitability.

Join ZillOut as a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our efforts in managing operational stability with key venue partners in Goa. The Operations Manager will understand our B2B software for clubs & pubs, provide training and support to the staff in clubs, and manage the overall execution of the software. You'll travel to different clubs for training and stay there during events to provide live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational stability with key venue partners
  • Train and support staff in clubs on our B2B software
  • Execute the software effectively across various clubs
Requirements:
  • Experience in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of the Indian Nightlife industry or related fields
  • Proficiency in technology tools for operations management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 - ₹7,20,000 per annum + travel allowance + target-based incentives.
