We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Crio, where you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and overseeing the entire sales journey. Our platform enables developers to gain hands-on experience with real-world problems, while also allowing tech organizations to discover and nurture top talent.
Responsibilities- Develop a profound understanding of the tech learning-product landscape and drive sales growth
- Engage with professionals and recent graduates, guiding them towards impactful career upskilling through persuasive sales techniques
- Manage the sales lifecycle, from lead engagement to final program enrollment, ensuring targets are met while maintaining CRM integrity
- Analyze market and consumer insights to refine our sales strategy and offerings
