\We are seeking a skilled ATE Test Development Professional to undertake the task of migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs to a new platform. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IC Test and related areas, with expertise in C++/C#.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.\
- Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.\
- Develop and maintain characterization programs.\
- Conduct Failure Analysis (FA) and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test program.\
- Custom test method development and data analysis.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\
- 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.\
- Strong background in semiconductor test engineering and practices.\
- Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
