The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 members, overseeing their day-to-day operations, and resolving queries/problems. They will also be required to handle end-to-end intercompany process, review month-end activities performed by the intercompany team, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global intercompany variances.

In addition, the candidate will need to post top-side entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances that remain open at month-end, review BS reconciliation of intercompany general ledgers in detail, and provide feedback to team members with required action plans. They will also need to timely and effectively follow up with global controllers on any pending data or open queries.

The ideal candidate will have multiple ERP systems knowledge (SAP & QAD), consolidation platform experience (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Tagetik, Trintech, etc.), and excellent Excel skills. They will also need to have good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build successful relationships across the organization through collaboration, consensus building, and interpersonal effectiveness.
