Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

The role of Finance Operations Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end invoice processing function.

This key position oversees operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and process excellence, driving automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve invoice posting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end invoice processing for PO-based, non-PO-based, DPR, LC, and import invoices.
  • Oversee and optimize invoice workflows, including 3-way/2-way matching, exception handling, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Mentor and lead the invoice processing team, fostering high performance, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze invoice processing performance metrics, SLA adherence, aging, and blocked invoice reports.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to ensure audit readiness and quality assurance.
  • Champion compliance with statutory requirements and internal AP policies.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess an MBA (finance), CA or CWA qualification.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.
  • A proven track record in handling complex invoice processing operations and leading teams.
