Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with our Finance and Accounting teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project/client data to support informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Creating detailed charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensuring timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on projects and clients, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Invoicing clients promptly, handling queries, and coordinating with internal contacts.
  • Resolving vendor disputes, ensuring invoices are entered timely, and reconciling statements of accounts.
  • Overseeing GST return filings for compliance with regulations.
  • Handling TDS filings and assisting with compliance audits.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Superior organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
