Community Manager

Job Description

A Community Manager is a professional responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and productive environment in a shared workspace. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, managing community programs, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community programs to foster collaboration and connection among members.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring that it is always manned by a community team member.
  • Conceptualize and execute community initiatives, such as events, to build relationships between members.
  • Introduce new members to the existing community of members.
  • Manage billing, check-ins/check-outs for members with hourly or day-pass membership.
  • Conduct center tours for potential new members.
  • Attend to member needs at all times and resolve member issues.
  • Manage membership waiting lists.
  • Ensure all members have enrolled on the CoWrks App.
  • Proactively gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that could help them achieve their goals.
  • Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and escalate issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree
