Client Success Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Client Success Associate position.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing in an agency and possess a background in agencies, internal communications, sociology, and psychology. The role requires a polymath with excellent problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and empathy. Strong ideation, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of social media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing digital experiences for key brands.
  • Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Driving content strategy that aligns with the brand's philosophy and objectives.
  • Understanding stakeholders and creating effective communication.
  • Possessing the ability to understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to design and content teams.

The ideal workday will involve:

  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.
  • Developing innovative solutions for content management and maintenance.
  • Preparing reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses to enhance future strategies.

  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or similar role.
