Content Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to oversee content creation, editing, and publishing across our global websites. This role plays a key part in ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain content strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Edit, publish, and maintain content across multiple global websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Conduct regular content audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency.
  • Enforce accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
  • Structure and present content to enhance overall user experience.
  • Support UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the web team to plan and execute prioritized activities.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to content creators and external contributors.
  • Support website migrations and contribute to the global web roadmap.

Expertise Required:

  • Proven experience in content strategy and management for global or multi-market websites.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors.
  • Experience working in multilingual content environments.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
