  • Continuous Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
    • Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Dispute Prevention and Resolution
    • Monitor performance and obligations to minimize conflicts.
    • Manage claims preparation and defense.
    • Engage in negotiations or formal dispute resolution to safeguard organizational interests.
