Lead Performance Marketing Professional.

About the Role

We seek a skilled and motivated individual to spearhead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, taking ownership of performance deliverables.
  • Analyze growth challenges through data-driven planning, consistently upselling and cross-selling new solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and beyond.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and performance tools to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on growth.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously with ownership.
