Low-Code Expertise Sought for Legacy Modernization
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Low-Code expert to spearhead the transformation of our legacy applications using HCL Volt MX. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your technical prowess and drive innovation within our internal development team.
Key Responsibilities:- -
- Technical Support & Solution Architecture: Provide hands-on technical support and solution architecture for ongoing projects, leveraging your expertise in Volt MX Foundry, Fabric, Iris Studio, and integrations.
- Mentorship & Training: Mentor and train customer developers through on-the-job training, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Best Practices & Governance: Define and implement best practices, development standards, and governance for the Volt MX platform, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, QA) to ensure quality and delivery timelines, driving project success through effective communication and teamwork.
- Complex Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to integrations, mobile/web performance, and deployment pipelines, applying your problem-solving skills to deliver solutions efficiently.Requirements & Qualifications:

- Low-Code Expertise: Proven experience in low-code development platforms, especially for enterprise-grade mobile/web apps, with a strong command over Volt MX Foundry, Fabric, Iris Studio, and integrations.
- API Integrations & DevOps: Familiarity with API integrations, backend systems, middleware, and DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient project workflows.
- Mentoring & Workshops: Experience mentoring junior developers or conducting hands-on workshops, empowering team members to grow and develop their skills.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to independently manage project timelines and work closely with stakeholders, delivering results-driven outcomes that meet business objectives.About Us
