Low-Code Solutions Architect

As a senior specialist in the Microsoft Power Platform, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
You will provide technical guidance, share best practices, and offer support to the development team to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.
Your role also involves conducting code reviews to guarantee adherence to best practices and contributing to the growth of developers by mentoring, coaching, and fostering T-Shaping within the Low-Code Team.
To ensure secure and compliant solutions are built on the Power Platform, you must adopt a Zero Trust mindset and work closely with the Product Architect to develop future-proof Low-code solutions.
In collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) and Product Architect (PA), you will prioritize development activities and manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team to meet expected deliverables.
You will improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, supported by the Scrum Master, and enhance DevOps processes like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.
This role requires you to lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
You will participate in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
You are responsible for defining and maintaining the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
Additionally, you will identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant, coordinate updates from Microsoft, and ensure the organization remains compliant and leverages new features effectively.
Finally, you will play a key role in decision-making together with the Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature requests for Self Service Platforms.
