Job Title: Senior Human Resource Generalist
">Job Description:
">Hiring for a senior human resource generalist to lead employment practices in accordance with local laws, including payroll and benefits, and disciplinary actions. This role is responsible for the overall management of HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practices to enhance employee engagement.
">- Developing and executing strategies to improve employee morale and retention through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Collaborating with management to design and implement company policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Managing job analysis, competency mapping, and talent development initiatives to identify and address skill gaps.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure diversity and inclusion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related activities and reporting to senior management as required.
- Coordinating training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Partnering with management to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.

- Strong problem-solving/consulting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to assimilate, present, and analyze data as needed.
- Demonstrated business savvy, with the ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships with both management and associates.
- Ability to serve as an associate advocate while balancing the needs of the clients and the company.
- Proven ability to influence associates at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships.
- Understanding of and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Expert at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with management staff, front-line associates, the public, and clients.
- Confidentiality is critical.
- Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Statutory compliance and Audit requirement.
- Knowledge of Sexual harassment / ICC Committee and the compliance towards the same.
- Engagement in CSR activities.
- Special Certifications: Professional Human Resources certification and continuing HR/Legal education preferred.
