Job Title: Economic Expertise Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished economic expert to deliver lectures, tutorials, and case-study-based sessions for undergraduate/postgraduate Management courses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, with expertise in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and academic research. They should also be proficient in analytical tools, statistical software, and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lecture Delivery: Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and case-study-based sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update curriculum and course materials aligned with current economic policies, business practices, and academic standards.
  • Academic Guidance: Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, research, and internships related to economics and management.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Assess and evaluate students' coursework, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance applied learning.
  • Academic Research: Engage in academic research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences in the field of Economics and Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's / Ph.D.: A Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline is required.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience in Economics is preferred.
  • Industry/Research Experience: Relevant industry or research experience in Economics is desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools, statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS), and data interpretation is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
