We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing their project management solutions using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing functional knowledge on Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, including Primavera P6 Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics.
  • Defining different project templates, schedules, global codes, resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost code users, user roles, project, and global privileges, as well as different views for users and portfolios for managers and stakeholders.
  • Creating work breakdown structures (WBS) at various levels and updating actuals, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring status periodically.
  • Candidates must have experience in cost management, Earned Value Management (EVM), contract cash flow, drawing inspection, quality risk claim payment application user administrator management, and modules.
  • Conducting requirement gathering, business blueprint meetings, UAT meetings, and conducting training on the implemented Primavera P6 EPPM module.
  • Preparing requirement gathering documents, BBP documents, test scripts, UAT, and training documents.
  • Holding strong knowledge of Primavera P6 web services and APIs, backend database table structure, and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Working with teams to design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Primavera, primarily in developing additional User Defined Reports (UDR) and custom reports with BI Publisher, and carrying out enhancements.
  • Having general change management and supply chain process knowledge.
  • Preparing EPC project schedules.
  • Knowledge of P6 mobility.
  • Generating reports, application-wise reports in the form of tables, bars, pie charts, trend lines, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Excellent understanding of Primavera P6 EPPM concepts, including WBS, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex project management issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
