Quality Assurance Manager Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Job Description
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of quality engineers who are responsible for testing and validating our products and services.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and procedures that will help us to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 13+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
  • 4+ years of professional and recent experience managing quality engineering teams; preferably in the financial services industry.
  • A four-year Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated success leading medium-to-large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience in Finance Domain.
  • Proven experience in IT Quality engineering across waterfall and agile environments, DevOps methodologies, tools, and measurement practices.
