Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing innovative EHR products using cloud technologies and Kubernetes-based microservices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering teams of 10+ members across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to deliver industry-leading EHR products.
  • Champion engineering best practices to ensure product quality, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define clear goals and priorities.
  • Drive project execution through effective planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor, coach, and support the career growth and development of team members.
  • Foster open communication and facilitate knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or technical leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading engineering teams working on cloud-native applications or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and a track record of delivering high-quality software on time.
