Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating partnership deals, developing strategic partnership plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.

You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth, as well as creating daily content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.

  • Generating leads and establishing contact with potential partners
  • Providing information about Tata AIA and AIG and the business opportunity they offer
  • Convincing them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners
  • Completing documentation, training, and onboarding processes
  • Helping them commence their initial business

In addition to your business development expertise, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness.
