Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the transformation of our wireline and enterprise connectivity business into a future-fit, converged services portfolio.

The ideal candidate will own the product P&L, drive growth through strategy, product innovation, and cross-functional execution, while defining and executing the product roadmap for all connectivity services.

Key responsibilities include driving 3X revenue growth and 2X market share expansion in the enterprise segment over the next 5 years, enabling field force through productized GTM and sales enablement programs, and leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance time-to-market and service quality.

Additional responsibilities include building and coaching a high-performance product, solution architecture, and delivery team, developing relevant partnerships, and possessing strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Domain knowledge in wireline / enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies such as SD-WAN, FWA, cloud connectivity
  • Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation - product convergence, commercial redesign, new GTM models
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities
