Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounts specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

This includes monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices, generating and sending invoices to clients/customers, following up on overdue payments via email and other communication channels, reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies, preparing aging reports, and providing regular updates to management.

Additionally, this role requires collaboration with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and collections, and assisting with month-end closing and audit processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
