Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

ServiceNow Developers and Leads are needed to manage our ServiceNow instance, ensuring seamless integration of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.

Responsibilities include creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, integrating with third-party systems, setting up metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance, as well as maintaining instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.

This is an opportunity for experienced ServiceNow professionals to collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs
  • Experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems)
  • Proficiency in setting up and tracking metrics
  • Leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities
  • Compliance documentation and training experience
