Job Title: Enterprise Data Management Specialist

 

Role Summary

The Lead Enterprise Data Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the centralized data management function for land acquisition teams. This role ensures timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to support decision-making, performance tracking, and land regulatory compliance in ongoing/planned renewable energy projects across India.

 

  • Data Framework Development: Develop a comprehensive data framework, collate data from ground teams, generate reports for senior management, and automate reports using tools like Excel or Power Point.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure high accuracy, completeness, and consistency of land-related data, maintain historical records, and enforce data entry protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as land parcels acquired, legal clearances obtained, lead time, and state-wise progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate for corrective action.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with regional land teams, legal, finance, and project execution teams, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with IT teams.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely submission of reports to internal audit, statutory, and regulatory bodies, maintain documentation trails for internal governance and due diligence.

 

Key Qualifications

Applicants should have a Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Data Science, and an MBA would be preferred. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in data management or project control roles is required, preferably in renewable or infrastructure sectors.

 

Key Skills

The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and analytical mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
