Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation on SAP Datasphere? We are seeking a highly experienced individual to own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems.

Data Strategy & Architecture

  • Owning the entire lifecycle of SAP Datasphere projects from planning to execution, including stakeholder management and resource allocation.
  • Designing and implementing scalable data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views that meet business needs and ensure high performance.
  • Leveraging expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture to deliver seamless data integration and analytics solutions.

Migration Expertise

  • Leading migration strategies from legacy warehouses to SAP Datasphere, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal results.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive migration plans, including data mapping, data validation, and testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement reusable frameworks for data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
  • At least 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere or early adopter environments with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
