Program Coordinator Role

About this position:

This role is designed for an individual who can oversee the implementation of life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad, working closely with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to ensure successful delivery.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with our content team to maintain program quality, participating in creation, review, and signoff of programs prior to implementation.

Maintaining implementation timelines and milestones, ensuring smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools, is a key aspect of this role. Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities are also essential.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads is crucial for program success. Conducting needs assessments and feedback from school teachers and management, addressing concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation, and facilitating workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery are key responsibilities.

Supporting teachers in delivering the programs effectively, providing ongoing guidance and training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods is also a critical part of this role. Collaborating with our technical team to resolve issues and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) is necessary for efficient program implementation.

Collecting data on program implementation and impact, preparing reports for further action, and providing recommendations for program improvement are additional responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in life skills education.
  • Working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
