**Career Growth Opportunity**: We're seeking a talented leader to spearhead our EdTech startup's tech vision.

Our stealth-mode company has developed an AI-driven career counselling platform for India's 250M+ K-12 students. As the Technical Co-Founder, you will lead the technical direction and grow a team of passionate engineers.

  • Lead Tech Vision: Oversee the development of a secure, AI-first platform using React, Vue, Python, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, Render, Supabase, and Conversational AI with Whisper, Google Cloud APIs, Kokoro, Murf.
  • Grow Engineering Team: Hire and mentor a team of skilled developers to achieve our mission.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside a PhD AI Advisor from the US and a motivated team of interns who have already brought our MVP to life.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Full-stack mastery and strong AI/ML/NLP fundamentals.
  • Cloud Experience: Prior experience in cloud-native deployments (Docker/K8s/GCP/AWS).
  • Location: Based in Delhi with the option to work part-time initially and transition to full-time.
