Laboratory Recruitment Specialist

As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates with experience working in laboratory settings. This includes working with lab assistants, technicians, specimen preparation analysts, medical technicians, and medical technologists.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through various channels, including internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing & resume.

They should also be well-versed in various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and experienced in negotiating salary/rate/hour aspects with US Citizens, GC, EAD, etc.

In addition, the candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment and have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates with laboratory experience
  • Negotiating salary/rate/hour aspects with clients
  • Utilizing various job boards, social networking sites, blogs, and other online resources to find candidates
  • Conducting technical interviews to assess candidate IT skills
