We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our company's growth through strategic planning and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and Taboola to ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant entities, such as societies, colleges, and schools, to organize and participate in offline events that promote our mission.
- Track and analyze data related to marketing performance using detailed tracking sheets and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve our marketing goals and ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing with a focus on team management and strategic planning.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ₹ 30-40 lakhs per annum
