Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our recruitment and hiring process, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering packages & employment contracts and onboarding. They will also be responsible for maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the organization.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Lead the recruitment and hiring process by working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering package & employment contract and onboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition: Work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels (job posting through online recruiting websites/social media, engagement with 3rd party professional agents, career fairs, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years in HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
