Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager oversees end-to-end HR operations, fostering a strong link between management and employees. This position involves driving employee engagement, managing recruitment, and overseeing onboarding & offboarding processes.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a track record of timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition with a strong understanding of HRMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Manage diverse roles' recruitment and talent acquisition processes to ensure seamless hiring.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire onboarding & offboarding process for a smooth employee lifecycle.
  • HR Operations: Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances efficiently.
  • Performance Appraisal: Conduct regular performance appraisals and track attendance using HRMS tools.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to drive employee engagement, handle grievances, and organize team events.
  • Exit Formalities: Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate HR is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • HRMS Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred.
