Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and stimulate demand.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, workshops, and participation in industry conferences/exhibitions to foster business relationships.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality marketing collateral and presentations to effectively communicate product value.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.

Market Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing programs to create pull in the market for our IC product portfolio.
  • Lead the launch of new products or product lines, ensuring successful market introduction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key architects, construction companies, and project consultants to drive business development.

Training Support:

  • Develop and implement training programs for the IC product line.
  • Conduct internal product and technical training for sales and other team members/distributors to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Sales Support:

  • Provide product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell consumables and equipment bundles to increase revenue.
  • Participate in or lead product-related technical discussions for projects, tenders, and business development initiatives.

Other Duties:

  • Monitor sales performance and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to address areas of concern, driving continuous improvement.
