As the key link between buyers, suppliers, and the production team, this individual must possess strong coordination skills, costing knowledge, and the ability to deliver products that meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

  • Manage material orders according to timelines while improving budget and costs, optimizing logistics for efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in industry principles and practices.
  • 1-8 years of experience as a Product Presentation Specialist in a woven garment factory (buyer handling experience preferred), with a proven track record of success in merchandising roles.
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes, enabling informed decisions and effective product development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems, facilitating data analysis, reporting, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
