Job Overview:

The SLA Coordinator will be responsible for managing and governing Service Level Agreements (ICs). The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal teams to ensure effective IC issuance, signing, monitoring, and review.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate IC issuance with stakeholders.
  • Manage IC signature with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers.
  • Ensure legal documents align with project deliveries; escalate blocking issues where necessary.
  • Produce and maintain KPIs for ICs.
  • Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Initiate contracts upon deployment of applications.
  • After IC signing, ensure service reviews with beneficiaries and providers.
  • Actively contribute to overall IC governance.
