Cloud Architect Role Overview

This is a high-level position for a SAP Cloud Architect, requiring experience in planning and designing customer SAP landscapes.

  • As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and create a to-be landscape architecture design.
  • You will discuss the setup and build process, dependencies, and other technical details with customer leaders and their teams.
  • Customer-facing roles require strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and answer technical queries from customers.

The scope of this role includes learning new technologies, accessing internal training materials, and gaining exposure to various SAP landscapes and delivery processes.

  • You will engage with multiple customers across various industries, gaining knowledge about different SAP landscape setups and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bill of Material Review: Validate the technical accuracy of the bill of material.
  • Technical Validation: Conduct technical validation of customer landscapes to ensure product version build viability.
  • Early Watch Reports Analysis: Analyze early watch reports to validate hardware selection and sizing.
  • Workshop Conducting: Perform workshops with customers on networking, HA concepts, and RACI reviews.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist customers with questions on onboarding during the sales cycle.
