Project Finisher Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Finisher Lead to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-quality projects from start to finish.

This role requires expertise in all aspects of finishing and the ability to take ownership of a project, ensuring timely and flawless execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
