Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets. This role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating business objectives into actionable operational plans. They should be able to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management templates and driving process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global e-learning content projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions.
  • Implement project management templates and lead process improvements.
  • Track key project metrics and ensure no deviations from planned scope and budget.
  • Monitor and control project budgets.

  • Review deliverables for quality adherence.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
