Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Finishes Manager to lead our team in delivering state-of-the-art hospital facilities. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure finishes align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage interior construction, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project deadlines.
  • Align with project teams and leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee valuations, handling, and billing for projects.
  • Maintain quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarize yourself with sourcing high-end materials and installation processes, including MEP coordination.
  • Experience with BIM is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in handling fast-track projects, with knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works.
  • Utilize MS Project/Primavera to monitor projects, identify key milestones, and improve productivity.
  • Risk identification and mitigation plans are essential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with 2 years in a team management role.
  • Prior experience in hospital and hotel projects is preferred.
